Inspired by Celtic music and the epic works of Two Steps From Hell, The Undefeated tells the story of a hero facing his foes, be they physical or otherwise, and, through trial and turmoil, ultimately emerging victorious. Or, at least, sometimes it does. It’s basically an attempt at creating a piece in the epic/soundtrack genre. Music composed, arranged, recorded, and mixed by Athanasios Lazarou. "A Tiny Bean" is a quintet I composed over the summer of 2018 as my first foray into the world of small string ensemble composition. It is comprised of five parts: Intro, Movements I-III, and Epilogue. This video is its debut performance at Philippos Nakas Conservatory in Athens, Greece. I would like to extend special thanks to Panos Liaropoulos, who mentored me in my compositional journey, and a warm thank you to L'Anima String Quartet, who were gracious enough to perform this piece with me.

Feeling a little melancholy... I know the audio quality is exceptionally sub-par but I wanted to share this regardless. Just a little piece I wrote for piano. I hope you enjoy.

Hey everyone thanks for watching! A couple years ago for an assignment for my Music Technology class I had to re-score a short clip and I chose the Intro for the anime Ghost in the Shell. I stripped the clip of all audio and did everything myself from the ground up. All the instruments were performed and recorded by myself, including cello, cretan lyra, and electric guitar. I used a MIDI keyboard for the piano, pad, and other instrumental effects. All the sound design was my own, using a mixture of recorded sounds and pre-recorded sound FX.

Almost didn't feel like jamming, but I turned the camera on and sat down at the piano, so I felt I had to play something. So I did. Hope you enjoy it!

What is up people? Welp, so much for doing it once a week. Completely failed there. No matter, here is a new one! I was feeling a bit... experimental-y or whatnot so there are some somewhat atonal sections here and there. But hey, every once in a while it's good to cut loose right?

Alrighty folks, the next jam I recorded. Just sat down and played whatever came to my mind at any given moment; enjoy! I think I might start doing these weekly. We'll see.
